Korea Corporate Governance Service (KCGS) was established in June 2002 as a non-profit organization by member
organizations including Korea Exchange, Korea Financial Investment Association, Korea Listed Companies Association,
and KOSDAQ Listed Companies Association.
KCGS provides various professional services including ESG evaluation, Proxy advisory, Socially Responsible Investment
advisory, and Sustainability Reporting advisory services to help companies find strategies for sustainable growth and
build a better society by promoting a strong capital market.
KCGS will take on an important role as the best ESG research institute fostering robust corporate governance and
corporate social responsibility.
